Terms & Conditions for Erasmus & Internationals Discounts Pass

1. Introduction Welcome to the Erasmus & Internationals Discounts Pass (“Discounts Pass”). By accessing and using this pass, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Eligibility

  • The Discounts Pass is available exclusively to Erasmus students and other international students residing in Portugal.

  • To obtain the Discounts Pass, you must complete the required registration form accurately and truthfully.

3. Free Access

  • The Discounts Pass is free of charge. No purchase is necessary to acquire or use the pass.

4. Usage

  • The Discounts Pass provides access to discounts and benefits offered by our partnered businesses, which can be viewed at erasmusx.pt/discounts.

  • Discounts and benefits are subject to the terms and conditions of the individual partners. Erasmus & Internationals Discounts Pass is not responsible for any partner’s refusal to honor the discounts.

  • The Discounts Pass is personal and non-transferable. It may only be used by the registered individual.

5. Responsibilities

  • Users are responsible for presenting the Discounts Pass, either digitally or physically (if applicable), when claiming discounts or benefits.

  • Misuse of the Discounts Pass, such as unauthorized sharing or fraudulent activity, will result in immediate cancellation of access.

  • By filling out the registration form, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • The Discounts Pass and its administrators are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of the pass or partner services.

9. Modifications to Terms & Conditions

  • These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available at erasmusx.pt/discounts.

  • Continued use of the Discounts Pass after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

10. Termination

  • Erasmus & Internationals Discounts Pass reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the pass at any time for any reason, including but not limited to misuse or violation of these Terms & Conditions.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Portuguese law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Portugal.
